[redacted] SOLAR did install a Solar PV system at this address in Not 02/26/ Our customers name is [redacted] , From what I understand is [redacted] is the new owner of the home, we did explain to [redacted] that the equipment is under warranty and we would help with getting the faulty product replaced, which we did, but we are under no obligation to him as far as free laborThe service fee for us to come out and remove the faulty inverter and replace it with the unit sent from the manufacture was $250.00, Yes the manufacture dose give us $175.00, when you add up the and it barely covers our expensesIt is not a money making ventureThe point here is we helped with trouble shooting the problem got ABB to agree to send a replacement and was scheduling with [redacted] to go out and install the new unit when he refused to sing the work orderHe said we were ripping him off and if we did not come and do the work he was going to SUE me.So at that point I told him our conversation was over and I would send the unit to him, which we didALSO ABB the Inverter manufacture Sent [redacted] $ for his troublesI guess he is still not satisfied
