Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: TThey made me buy back my trade in for more than what was owed before trade and made me trade the gmc Sierra with miles in as used with transfer leaking and slipping? that ant satisfaction? Sincerely, [redacted]

We? contacted the Manufacturer on Mr [redacted] 's behalf and requested tire replacement as a warranty claim.? The manufacturer denied the claim.? We then contacted the tire manufacturer, and requested replacement tires.? The tire manufacturer denied the request.? ? [redacted] of our Service Deptthen invited Mr [redacted] to test drive a brand new vehicle with the same options, body, tire size, and tire manufacturer.? They duplicated the same noise in a different vehicle.? The manufacturer says it is a noise, the tire manufacturer says it is a noise.? We understand that the noise is bothering Mr [redacted] , but we feel we have gone above and beyond identifying the issue and assisting in his requests to both the vehicle and tire manufacturers.? Outside of trading the vehicle in for a different one, we are not aware of a viable solution to rid the noise from Mr [redacted] .?

I would like to have this taken care of Spent trips going miles per trip and still the annoying noise.Holyhauer contacted me about a week ago and said they would put more [redacted] tires (a new set) on my vehicle I don't see what good the same tires are going to do More complaints on them on the computer They just happen to have the same tire set down there I am very doubtful it will change anything I am not a mechanic or a trained service rep Not even sure 100% that tires cause.Just would like to get it fixed I have bought vehicles from them It's miles to Nashville & back home I gave them the check for the car and believe it is their responsibility I will accept [redacted] tires only if they fix the noise problem, or any other mechanical malfunction

I am writing regards to the complaint filed by Mr*** *** and what he would like to see our Dealership change in the way we advertise the price of our vehicles. The price we advertise our used vehicles for sale is indeed the price we will sell the used vehicle. The problem comes from
the customer wanting the Dealership to allow more for the Trathan the Trais actually worth. This is not to say this happens in every situation. When a person purchases a new vehicle he or she does not expect to pay the price it indicates on the window. For the Dealership to sell New and Used vehicles there are over allowances on one vehicle or the orther. All vehicles on a Dealers lot are priced so an over allowance can occur. No one wants to feel they have paid too much for their purchase. This is true with any item for sale, not just in the Auto business.Mr***, speaks of what a trade in is actually worth. Unfortunately, the real worth is a hope not an actuality. It is not the Dealership placing an arbitrary price worth of a used vehicle but, the industryu appearance, etc. Every sales transaction is different and trading used vehicle for used vehicle is the most difficult.I am sorry we were not able to trade vehicles with Mr***. Due to this misunderstanding. While it is true, you never get a second chance to make a first impression. I, on behalf of our Dealership, would like to apologize for any misunderstanding that may have occurred

On behalf of Mr*** we contacted the manufacturer of the vehicle (FCA) and submitted a warranty claim to replace the tires. FCA denied the claim. We then reached out to the tire manufacturer (***) and requested a solution on the customer's behalf. *** provided us with an
authorization code to replace the tires at no cost to the customer. We (Holzhauer) are providing the mounting and balancing of the tires at no cost to the customer out of goodwill. *** *** Controller - Holzhauer Auto & Truck Sales, Inc
