I am in receipt of Complaint [redacted] filed by Mr [redacted] , regarding the Yamaha R I have spoken on several occasions about the bike he purchased To our knowledge the scratches were not present at time of delivery During our conversation he told me what he had asked the salesman to do to take care of this matter After speaking with the salesperson I contacted Mr [redacted] and told him we would not order items from Amazon to repair his bike I explained to him we would be more than happy to look at his bike and if we had caused any damage we would gladly fix the problem The only thing we ask is he return the bike so we could verify the problems he had stated to our sales person over the phoneHe said this was not satisfactory I told him we would have to look at the bike to verify his claim He said he would not bring the bike here, we would have to pick the Yamaha up and bring it to our shop.Herein lies the problem we are not going to pick the bike up check it over without him being present When he brings the bike to our shop we will gladly check the bike and repair or replace any damage we find

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 6, 2015/07/31) */ This is a copy of the letter I sent to Mrs [redacted] on 7-13-(the rest is illegible) I am writing in regards to the FXSHO Yamaha Jet Ski you purchased from our company in June I would have to disagree with you about the purchase being horribleYou purchased a great product from one of the largest and most well-thought of Dealers in Southern IllinoisI apologize for the many misunderstandings, through miss communications, that have occurred since your purchase I have spoken with the Technician and the Service Manager charged with making the modifications to your Jet SkiAccording to them, the positioning for lights and radio speakers were done so the lights would illuminate the front, middle, and rear portions of the Jet SkiThe radio speakers was placed on the only flat surface capable of being sealed so water was unable to leak into the compartments and ruin the speaker itself After the Jet Ski was brought back to our shop because the battery continued to go dead, it was explained to you by our Technician the load was too heavy for the accessories that had been added to the Jet Ski and a larger battery with additional amperage should be addedAccording to the Technician the larger voltage battery was offered, but refused Upon taking the Jet Ski to [redacted] the work order states almost the same thing we had expressedThe only difference instead of using a higher voltage battery they spit the accessories to a separate charging unit and used the original battery to run the Jet Ski, connecting a trickle charger to both batteries that can be plugged into a wall socket or extension cord allowing both batteries to charge when not in use Again, I would like to apologize for the miscommunications and the poor service you feel you have received from Holzhauer Motor SportsIt was certainly not our intention to leave the impression that once you purchased the Jet Ski you were orphaned by our company In closing, I would like to thank you for your letterIf we are unaware the problems a customer experiences after the purchase, we are unable to change the way we approach problems within

Ms*** purchased a car the day after Thanksgiving Upon purchase she was to receive free oil changes. At the time she purchased the vehicle, it had 175,miles on it. Our records indicated that she had driven 16,miles w/o an oil change. In March 2016, Ms*** made an
appointment to have oil changed. Approximately one week later, she had driven miles and that oil had leaked out. The reason she said the oil leaked out was that the plug was not tightened. We put car on hoist to inspect and detected mud and grass on the undercarriage that indicated car had been taken off the roadShe wanted us to replace the engine but we declined feeling that it was not our fault. However, in attempts to provide excellent customer satisfaction (although we do not accept responsibility for what has happened to her vehicle we still wanted to resolve matter) we offered to install a used motor with Ms*** and our company splitting cost 50/of motor/labor which was $1891.16. Her part was was $which she paid. The EGR light came on in car which we replaced at no charge Now, she wants a rebuilt engine instead of a used engine. We decline to do so. The engine which we have installed has been running fine. We feel that we have gone above and beyond to satisfy this matter with the customer. With the engine running fine, there really is nothing more to be done
