Review: On February [redacted] 2013 I was scheduled to move. I hired this moving company because the so called owner ([redacted]) begged me to use his company. He kept calling me to hire him, so I did. This company was to move my aunt who lived downstairs in a 4 room apartment. Then return to move me that same day. They began to load up the truck, then all of a sudden the head mover decided he didn't want to move us anymore. He got very nasty with me. He said that my aunt was not packed up. My aunt is 85 years old and my sister packed her stuff. He got upset because boxes were not tape enough. and there were some lose things around ( paper napkins and paper dishes.) He started to unload the truck after an hour of loading it (they had most of the apartment on the truck.) I begged him to stop taking the things off the t ruck because I had to be out that day. He started cursing at me and said he would give me my deposit back. Whi wch he did. But now I had to find another moving company ASAP because I didn't want to have to pay the people who were buying my house rent. I found another company to move me the next day. I had to pay rent and the moving company I got charged me and my aunt an outrageous price. This was such a horrible thing to do at such a stressful time.Desired Settlement: They should reimburse me the difference between what I was quoted to pay and what I paid for the moving and the days rent.
