I had received a notice that you had a question regarding your stay oh 4:21-I am terribly sorry that we did not
check you out when you departed on
and we will certainly adjust your bill accordingly your reservation was made
for nights and we simply were not aware that the room remained vacant and you checked out
Review: I checked out of the hotel April 25 for the weekend and returned April 28 and when I received my bill May 2 I was charged for the three nights I was not at the hotel. I know I have a direct bill account set up at this hotel but I've been staying here for awhile and I feel like this was extremely dishonest.Desired Settlement: I want an apology for them handling my repeat business this way!
