Home 2 Suites

Day after check out I receive d unexpected charge of $10.00 per day.
Contacting hotel manage about the charge I was told that it is a parking charge.
Not hotel or Booking .com mentioned additional charges. Stay away from Homes 2 suit!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

Ms. [redacted] was originally a guest at the Home 2 Suites Rochester Henrietta on 9/3/16 at which time she had an occupancy
violation (our code is 4 people per room, she had 8) which was addressed at that time. Ms. [redacted] was a guest at the Home 2
Suites Rochester Henrietta 4/21/17-4/23/17 during...

this Ms. [redacted] had an occupancy stay violation; this was brought to her attention during her stay. Also, there
were several noise complaints regarding her room, that we did address and because of this we had the room next to her check out of the hotel in the middle of the night. We did speak with Ms. [redacted] about noise and occupancy during her time with us. We did have a reservation in Ms. [redacted] name for 7/6/17, which was she did  not  arrive for and we did not charge her for. When she did call
on 7/7/17, we did state because of the issues
we have had in the past we will not be renting her rooms in
