I would like for the company to contact me so we can fix the situation. They continue to lie, stating no transaction was made to my account. I just got off the phone, tried speaking to management and they advise that they're not available right now.Sounds like they're giving me the run-around.
When we learned of the electronic overpayment to this
customer's account we immediately reversed the transaction and credited the
customer's bank with the full amount of the overpayment.
