Review: They took $3500 from us, claiming that they could modify our mortgage. In actuality, they did nothing but request financial paperwork from us.Desired Settlement: We want our money back as they did nothing to earn it.

I have reviewed [redacted] file and have attached the contract and all services performed. [redacted] signed a contract with Home Affordable Forensic Corp on Dec. **, 2011 to perform a forensic audit. The audit was performed completed and I have attached a copy. Home Affordable also assisted [redacted] in obtaining help on her mortgage and I attached a copy of the agreement we obtained for [redacted]. When [redacted] signed the agreement with us she was behind on her mortgage which I attached a copy of her credit at the time she signed which shows she was behind on her mortgage. this agreement was obtained for her on July **, 2012 and was explained to her to make payments on her new agreement so she would be able to keep her home and not lose her home to foreclosure. Please review all attached documents because all services were performed and competed and it enabled her to stay in her home. I also email [redacted] to contact to go over what the problem is since this was completed about a year ago and never heard from [redacted] that there was a problem or that she was not happy with the service. Our last conversations was she was going forward with plan and we had completed the services that we were contracted to do. I would be happy to speak with her in reference to her case she can call me at [redacted] or my cell at [redacted]. NRF Funding was also named in complaint, but NRF Funding did not accept any fees or do any work on behalf of this client she signed contract with Home Affordable Forensic Corp. Home Affordable Forensic Corp. has gone out of business due to the economic times and no longer operates or is in business. I was one of the partners in company and again would be happy to speak to [redacted] to resolve her issues but I am unable to perform on going services since that business has closed.
