We were asked to complete an estimate for Ms***. We met the mold inspection company at the property on July 18, 2017. It was not until the 24th of July that we received a copy of that report. There was information that was needed from the customer’s property before we could
complete our estimate. When our estimator called her, she did not answer and we left a message. It was a couple days after that time that she called back stating that she did not realize that was us that called her. Then we were able to set up a time to go to the property to obtain the information that was needed to complete our estimate. Our estimator turned in the estimate to the office and estimate was completed. We received the complaint from Revdex.com on August 23rd, and then tried to call Ms***. Our office manager had left her message, but has never received a call back. The following day, we receive a fax from Ms***, stating our office managers name, which leads to believe that she did get our message. We then tried to contact her again, and left another message. She did call back (we have caller id), but hung up when we answered. We do have the estimate available for Ms***, however, we do not charge for our estimates. We will gladly send it to her now that we have an email address to forward to
