Did you or did you not say,"that painter no longer works for me anymore?" You said that in front of myself and my wife. The painter you finally did employee stated, the walls all needed a second coat of paint. I had to pay to get more walls painted, because you did not want to correct what was done incorrectly. You can make the statement you fixed everything, but that is not true. Don't try to paint a lie of every customer is happy. We are not happy. We've heard from neighbors how they had such a battle getting things done too.

Integrity Homes by Stewart LLC has made all repairs in accordance with warranty. All construction has been completed in accordance to local building code. Very high quality standards are adhered to in all work for 20 years. Mr. [redacted] brings up many invalid points. All relevant issues have been satisfied above & beyond industry standards. Our homes are of very high quality in material & workmanship.

You did not answer the question. You told my wife and I the painter that painted our house no longer works for you. You will not honor that and pay the remaining paint cost. I want the paint cost back, I had to pay 165 bc you would not repair something that you knowingly acknowledged and fired your old painter for. That admits fault and very poor customer service. The rest of the issues we'll just have to be fixed by us bc you won't help. You keep responding as you don't know what you are doing. And trying to just save face. Still skirting around the issues. I will never buy another home by integrity bc they apparently have no integrity to respect their customers, and treat them in this manor.
