After having a bad experience years back with a different home inspection company I was apprehensive of using one again. Glad I did. Bert was very thorough. He spent three hours going through the property with me and answered all my questions. What I really liked was not only did he inspect the property, but he also gave me lots of maintenance advice and showed me how things work instead of just saying if they were good or bad. I would definitely recommend his services and use him again in the future.

buying a home. We have follow up systems in place as well. Unfortunately in this case we have no record of being contacted by the customer as per our contract with them that outlines clearly about such matters. Your E-mail to us is the first that we were aware of this. Since your E-mail we have made a number of attempts in phoning with no answer and leaving messages.  We eventually received a return call.  He indicated surprise that we were following up on the matter and asked “Are you going to give me my money back?” He questioned why we would like to come to the home to review the matter even though it is in the contract to do so. We made arrangements to meet him at the house for Monday, October 17 at 5:30PM to help any way we can.  I arrived at the home at 5:25PM, only to find no one home. Waited till 6:11PM, no one came. Left a card in the mail box and tried calling, did not get an answer. Left a message stating other arrangements will have to be made to revisit another time. It is now a week later since our failed visit and have not heard from our client. [redacted]
