Review: I saw their advertising on property [redacted]. Called and spoke to [redacted]. Went into their office paid the down payments and other fees and signed my land contract with [redacted]. Now, 5 YRS later my home ins Allstate is telling me that I'm not showing in interest in my home and ain't attached on any way. Leaving me uninsured, vulnerable and fully exposed as well. They never recorded our contract and refuse to help me as well.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to record my name as a person with beneficiary benefits on the property that I've been paying on for 5 YRS now. In order to attach me in some way to my home that we went into contract on. Its very scary to pay property taxes and mortgage payments and 5 yes later not be shown anywhere tying yourself to that peoperty

Review: My fiance and I have been talking to a property manager named [redacted] in regards to a property for sale on [redacted]. We had been aproved to get the home and tried calling back the next day to talk to **. She claimed she had a doctors appointment and would call back. Tried reaching her multiple times after that with no answer or call back. The next day (3-4-15) I finally reached her and found out the property was sold out from under our feet. I am very upset with the sales tactics and service.Desired Settlement: I want to talk to the owner and file my complaint with them directly. I am very upset.
