I recently purchased a home in June and used Home Analysts as my home inspector before purchasing the home. I was very pleased with the professionalism, timeliness, cost, and overall knowledge of this company and its inspector. It was very easy for me to request an appointment online and then I received a return phone call to setup an appointment that very day. The cost was very reasonable and I did not feel pressured to add on a bunch of services that I did not feel was necessary. I was booked for an appointment within the same week. When attending the inspection I found the inspector to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in making sure I understood everything he was checking for and everything that needed repairs and also was given a nice estimate as to what those repairs might cost me. This allowed me to make a well educated decision regarding the home purchase. I also was given a very clear electronic copy of my report with plenty of pictures referring to everything that was inspected. Overall, I was very pleased with this company and inspector and would definitely recommend them to others.
