I had a home inspection with Home Inspections and met Greg at my prospective property, he was very welcoming from the start... which is a good sign! Greg took the time to explain terminology, how things worked, how much time certain maintenance should take, he was honest and very thorough and let me ask A LOT of question (he actually encouraged it). Greg delivered the report on time and full of details which helped me make the decision of a lifetime, it’s a pretty big investment! It is rare to find genuine people that love what they do, if you are looking for someone trustworthy this is the place to go!!! Wishing you guys continued success in all that you do!!

Greg spotted things in places I didn't even think to look. He explained everything he saw (both good and bad) and talked to me like he was looking at his own house. His experience is easily noticed with the tips and pointers to prolong the life of things from the chain links in the garage door opener to draining the water take annually. I walked away much more knowledgeable with not only the issues he spotted but how it impacts the overall experience of living in this home. Thanks for pairing us together.

spent half a day researching different home inspectors in Columbus, Ohio before settling on Home Inspections LLC. Their sample inspection report form is what 'sealed the deal' for me.
I scheduled an inspection on a house that I was interested in but not totally sold on. The inspection report saved me from making a huge mistake and a lot of money. It also brushed me up the things I needed to look out for. Vince spent a lot of time at the end to go over the things he found, so I would be better prepared for the next time.
I found a second house that I was interested in putting a bid on and again scheduled an inspection. This time, I requested that Vince be assigned this inspection and was very happy when I found out he was. He was again, on time, professional, thorough and very easy to work with and I received the written report just a little later that same day. Allowed me to propose some 'remedies' to the seller that were accepted on their part.
I am happy to say that I'm close to closing on the property and it will be my forever home! This company and their service it awesome and I would recommend them to anyone! And that is not something I normally do. You won't go wrong if you hire these people to inspect a property for you!

James did the inspection of a home we ultimately purchased back in 2016. Looking back, he did a great job finding the vulnerabilities of the 30 year old home. He was very professional and the report he gave us was very thorough.

The website is user friendly and is quick and easy to book your home inspection. James J is a solid choice for home inspections. Very thorough in his inspection while being extremely efficient and prompt - even showing up a few minutes early. James does a great job walking a home buyer through everything he is looking at and is able to relay the information in simple terms that someone who is not as educated in home repairs would be able to understand. Overall a great service at a great price point.

We had an inspection in November 2018 with James J, who was more thorough than we imagined, and helped us avoid a money pit. James is the best in the business. Don’t call him if you’re a sleazy Realtor looking for an inspector who will turn a blind eye. He not only finds problems but also can explain how serious they are and what it will take to fix. James is my go-to home inspector, and the guy I refer to all my buyers.

Home Inspections LLC was amazing! They were fairly priced, and the only company who was able to work with us on scheduling to get our inspection done within our deadline. The inspector was not only very thorough, but also very kind and patient and answered any questions we had along the way.

Had a home inspected by James J this past week. He was the only inspector to pick up the phone over the Labor Day weekend. With the housing market moving as quick as it has been, having a responsive inspector that knew what to look for and as knowledgeable as James was a blessing. I would recommend him to anyone. He's not afraid to be honest and blunt when needed and is extremely detailed and thorough. Easily worth more than what I paid.

James was early to the inspection appointment, which I greatly appreciate. He immediately started to work and explained the process of his inspection to me. James allowed me to ask questions and voice any concerns. He was very thorough and meticulous in how he inspected one room after another. When there were any concerns, he explained them in a way that I was able to understand. I felt comfortable knowing that he was making sure every aspect of the property was inspected. James took plenty of photographs to include in his review and had the review completed in a very short amount of time. The summary of his inspection was detailed. I will use Home Inspections LLC again with any future property purchase!
