Credit Repair company has not started repair after 2 months and will not return calls or emails.I spoke with one of the owners, [redacted] of Home Credit Solutions some time in July after a referral from a family memeber, to start credit repair. I paid the $1.00 for him to pull all 3 credit reports on my behalf (through a company's whose name I cannot remember but will look back and find my information), set up draft to pay the $150.00 down payment (paid 8/1/16) , and agreed to the $89.99 monthly fee (1st payment drafted 9/6/16). He advised me that within 45 days of our initial conversation, I would receive my credit reports in the mail and should upload them to the customer portal through their website (http://www.homeandcreditsolution.com/) for them to begin work on my credit. As of today 9/22/16, I have not received any credit reports. I have left dozens of messges with the company, emailed them, and text and have yet to receive any contact. The office phone number listed for them (XXX) XXX-XXXX is an answering service where multiple messages have been left. I have called and text [redacted] at (XXX)XXX-XXXX and received no reply. (this was the number we spoke on for my initial consultation) I have emailed [redacted]@gmail.com and received no response. I have called co owner [redacted] at (XXX) XXX-XXXX (states is a [redacted] #) and the phone just rings and I am unable to leave a message. I understand it takes time to receive credit reports but it would not be so bad if they would atleast respond to my inquries.Desired SettlementI am seeking the $239.99 I have paid back. There will be a section regarding refund polices as well as a tab in the portal explaining what all needs to apply in order receive a full refund. We have started your work which you are also able to see in your portal. Letters have been sent out. We do not typically refund our clients after work has been done. That being said I am going to move forward and give write you the full check for 239.99 due to the amount of disappointment you have. I want to continue to work on your credit if you will allow us to.
