HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Below is a recap of my experience with them. I bought something off Sears.com (not realizing they sell third party products and assuming I could return in the store). I received the item, it was a kitchen table and DID NOT come with the chairs pictured in the ad. I wanted to return the item since it didn't have chairs and found out that I had to ship it to Third party (Home and Living). Their return policy is as follows, you pay the original shipping fee ($40), 15% restocking fee, and the return shipping fee. I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they falsely advertise their products and have a horrible return policy. When contacting customer service I was told nothing can be done. I would not purchase through Home and Living!!

Item arrived damaged, no home delivery as promised, had to find a truck to use and then drive out to offload. Slow customer service response with failure to replace damaged item. Purchase made through amazon

I ordered a trundle bed for my granddaughter that I saw on Amazon.com, whom I trust very much for high quality and standing behind their customers.
The bed is damaged, and it was not the delivery people, because the boxes are fine.
The drawers are scratched, stained, and of poor quality, so much so that we would not open the rest of the boxes, because we want to return he product.
They do not stand by their product and will not return it, so I am having to go through other channels to get my money back.
They only care about their "policies" and have terrible customer service.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible company. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from these people. Terrible return policies. Wish I checked their Revdex.com before I purchased from them on [redacted] Will ask [redacted] to remove them as a seller.
