HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Below is a recap of my experience with themI bought something off Sears.com (not realizing they sell third party products and assuming I could return in the store)I received the item, it was a kitchen table and DID NOT come with the chairs pictured in the adI wanted to return the item since it didn't have chairs and found out that I had to ship it to Third party (Home and Living)Their return policy is as follows, you pay the original shipping fee ($40), 15% restocking fee, and the return shipping feeI think it is absolutely ridiculous that they falsely advertise their products and have a horrible return policyWhen contacting customer service I was told nothing can be doneI would not purchase through Home and Living!!
Item arrived damaged, no home delivery as promised, had to find a truck to use and then drive out to offloadSlow customer service response with failure to replace damaged itemPurchase made through amazon
