Home Appliance Solutions was the contract company for my home warranty company We had requested a service call for a washing machine that was not working Prior to the appointment date, we called the warranty company and Home Appliance Solutions to cancel the appointment since the washer was still under manufacturers warrantyOur cancellation was confirmed, no one came to the house and no service was performed Some months later I received a bill for a service call that was listed as "completed" by Home Appliance Solutions After an investigation by the home warranty company, they determined that the contractor gave conflicting statements to them and to me and acknowledged he did not perform any service, even though he originally reported that he did The home warranty company refunded our service fee promptly Home Appliance Solutions refused to responded to a Revdex.com inquiry/complaint as well as an inquiry from the North Carolina Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division Our experience with Home Appliance Solutions was terrible and they refused to communicate or work with us or consumer protection authorities to explain their fraudulent charge

Home Appliance Solutions was the contractor that was sent by my home warranty company to repair the microwave light in my home The technician initially came out to check out the problem Over weeks later, the microwave light still was not working and not a word from the tech I called and he said he would be back in a couple of daysHe finally came back and replaced a part Unfortunately, the problem was still there and just as bad I called the company back and the tech very rudely told me he had done all he could do and it was fixed I called the warranty co again and placed another service request The tech called and cancelled the request and told them it was fixed My microwave light is still not working and the warranty company says that I have to pay another service fee to have another company come fix itI have never dealt with a service tech that was as rude as the person I dealt with at Home Appliance Solutions

I had the same experience as the previous posting with this companyThey didn't even show up for the first appointment and marked it as COMPLETED
When they finally showed up, the 'technician' spent mins on his phone, did not do any work and wanted us to sign a completed diagnosis
I spoke with his supervisor ***, he was even more disrespectful than the technician ! He was most concern over the fact that he has to complete a large number of calls per day
These type of scam business should not be allowed to continue in business
Additionally, the warranty company should do a more complete check of the people they refer to their clients
