Review: .I purchased an oven from Home Appliances February 15, 2014. We paid in full using my checking account visa card. We were told upon purchase that it comes with a 3 month warranty. Upon hooking up the oven, we had a few issues with the electronic functions, but they eventually worked for a day or so. So we called to have the oven serviced with the warranty. We were told someone would be out. No one showed up. A week later we called again, again, we were told someone would be out. No one showed. So months of this goes by. It is now May 20th, and again, we were told someone would be here in the 10 am hour. No one showed. When we called back in the 11am hour, we were told they were busy doing warehouse work and they would be out this afternoon. It's now 3pm, and when I called back to see where they were, I was told, "Nope, he hasn't left yet, so he is not there." At this point, I was very upset and explained that we have been calling for months and we continuously are pushed off. I explained that we had a late appointment and someone needed to come out immediately or I would call the police for fraud. He laughed and said, "what do you have a robber in your home?" He then said he see's our appointment for today. When I started to talk about how our appointments are always missed he hung up on me. I did call the non emergency number of the local police station, but was told this was a court matter. By the way the guy responded on the phone, I assume he new nothing would happen if I called the police. Of course I cannot afford to go to court over this, but we are now out $412.96 AND an oven. My family works very hard to support each other and our 3 kids. We cannot afford this to just be tossed aside. Any help would be much appreciated.Desired Settlement: We just want the oven repaired. Nothing more. Just asking to get what we paid for....a working oven.

Review: I purchased a washer and dryer set, refrigerator and stove and was told it was to be delivered on a date we both agreed on. It was not delivered that day but a day that they felt it was convenient when I wasn't home. The dryer was not an electric dryer so they took it back and told me I would get one right away. It has been over 2 months (purchased 5/26) and he has not returned any of my at least 10 phone calls when I call to inquire about the washer. I went to his business about 6 weeks ago to ask what was happening and he gave me no answer. My refrigerator was sold to me as "new" we had a problem with it the first week and when he didn't return my phone call about that I called customer service and noticed on the back of the refrigerator there was a sticker that was half way off and it read that it was damaged. I asked him to replace it with a new one since I paid the same price as his "new" refrigerators on the floor and he simply said "i can't" I called him twice this week and have left messages with his staff and he has still not called me back.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my washer that I was told I would have or a full refund of my washer and dryer. And a new refrigerator. [redacted] is aware of my desired outcome.
