Alico Contractors has addressed the Issues Mr [redacted] mentioned in hie report to the Revdex.com.The main Issue was when Allco Installed the windows on Mr [redacted] home, several defects were discovered by ourinstallersAlico immediately notified the window factory, and ordered new parts and a sash that had arrived brokenThe factory had scheduled for a team of technicians to come to Mr, [redacted] homeHowever because of the scheduling, It was going to be several weeks before the factory team would be in TexasThe factory failed to communicate the dates and times when the repairs could be madeNor did the window factory notify Allco that there would be several weeks delay before they could sent a team to make the repairs and complete the punch list.Allco has sent a team of their own service techs and completed the punch out list to Mr [redacted] satisfactionThe broken sash will be delivered and installed this week when it arrives In Allco office from the factory.This matter Id resolved and will be completed en the last sash is delivered this weeek.Per Mr [redacted] , he wishes to withdraw his complaint with the Revdex.com, because he is satisfied with the performance of his windows, the quality of the Install and Allco's overall performance, This was really a issue of crossed wires In the communication between the factory, Allco and the consumer.This matter is resolved and will be withdrawn a complaint by Mr [redacted]

June 8, 2016Allco Contractors has looked into this issue in great detail, and the matter is not a responsibility of Allco Contractors, rather it is ARS's responsibility because ARS handled the entire matter incorrectly. When Allco was advised on August 8,that the AC unit was not working,
the homeowner was DIRECTLY ASKED, DID ARS PERFORM A LEAK TEST??? THE REPLIED NOThe homeowner was then advised that a leak test must be performed to find the leak, the we can address the issue, if indeed it is caused by our crewsThe next communication fromthe homeowner was stating that a new line had been run, no leak test was ever doneThen Alco was informed that a line had been run outside the house, still no leak test doneARS wrongly informed the homeowner that it was to much work to rumn a line inside the houseAfter the homeowner complained to ARS, then ANOTHER line wa srun inside the houseARS admitted that the ARS tech did not tell the truthSO ARS RAN THIS SECOND LINE AT NO CHARGE. ALLCO WAS NOT ADVISED OF ALL OF THIS WORK BEING DONE, THEREFORE ALLCO DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS WORK TO BE DONE IN EXPECTATIONS THAT ALLCO WOULD PAY FOR IT.As the customer was advised in attachment, the proper procedure was to perform a nitrogen leak test, as per the AMANA corpservice manual( another statement by ARS concerning this situation)Then Allco could of had a service man present to remove siding, make needed repairs, and then IF THE LEAK WAS CAUSED BY ALLCO, we would pay for the service call by the AC company This matter is considered closed by ALLCOWe refunded in good faith.
