Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint In regards to ** [redacted] ’s 2nd rebuttal; I gave factual details in my original or initial complaint, and better explained each one specifically in my response to ** [redacted] ’s rebuttalHaving to explain them once more would be counter-productive and completely redundantAs he continues to be insistent on making allegations and insults, he has become severely incompetentAttempting to compromise a refund logically would be a wasted effort as he continues to make excuses for his actions and practicesI would expect any business owner to demonstrate professionalism and dignity in matters like this, but he uses “smiley faces” in the end of his rebuttal is complete lack of respect for a customer that entrusted him with $It is clear that this situation cannot be resolved with civility and reason, therefore I will continue to keep this complaint on record to expose and discredit the business practices of ** [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

We had ordered ***'s equipment we had it for over three months the day of the install he told me he needed a complete refund back this is after talking to him every week at least three or four times and as far as the measurements I still have the text I sent the builder where it's off a couple of inches that's not even the point I offered to get that fixed out of my pocket even though it wasn't my mistake [redacted] wanted a full refund With equipment wiring labor cables already done to his house I have a signed contract ! and he broke the contract I have pictures of the work I've done He even called the police and they said that I should take him to court and sue him yes there is a restocking fee .its a custom order that was placed for your job those things are not in stock !!

I had acknowledged the agreement (invoice #***) on *** ** *** for a term of days which expired on *** *** ***This agreement (invoice #***) did not have any written or typed disclosures of 30% re-stocking feesAlso, *** stated on his rebuttal that he had talked to me at least 3-times a weekI do not remember the exact number of times I had spoken to *** over the telephone, but he did have the entire months of ***, ***, ***, and the first two weeks of *** to ensure and inspect the measurements of the frame for the projection screenThis action alone is beyond ridiculous as *** showed extremely poor dedication to this job as this matter could have been corrected with the framer of my newly constructed homeIn my opinion this shows *** was more concerned about making monetary gain than servicing his client and taking pride in his business practice*** stated that the measurements were incorrect a couple of inches and he offered to pay them out of pocketThis is irrelevant and a negligent/poor business practice due to the fact that *** had over days to communicate with my contractor and verify the correct measurements*** made absolutely no effort to go to the construction site after I had already paid him $A home theatre is a luxury that not all people afford, furthermore how can *** afford to be so careless about his service that the day before the installation he tells me that the measurements are offThis showed disturbingly poor or absent communication with my contractor
As far as the refund, I clearly stated that I would consider a legitimate refund on the materials that were left behindI will not pay for any installation of materials as the brands described on the invoice (*** & ***) are in questionIn other words, if the invoice reads *** cable, I expect *** cable to be used, and no other brand
Furthermore, I would like to share the type of extremely poor professionalism and character that *** practicesAfter the discontinuation of services in *** of ***, I had not spoken to *** in monthsOn *** *** *** ***, I received two phone calls from ***This is the day after I submitted my complaint (#***) to the Revdex.comI returned his phone call that morning only to hear him chastise me by saying “The Revdex.com won’t get me money back” and said he would call my employer, in retaliationOn *** *** *** ***, *** called my employer to make allegations of meThis is the second time that *** has called my employer as in *** *** he called my employer to make allegations after I had discontinued his servicesHe also did this in retaliation as I have the text message
