To Whom It May Concern:This letter is in response to Complaint ID * *** Enclosed is a copy of Ms*** ***'s guest check and signed credit card charge slip The tip amount clearly shows$The total amount is written very sloppy but since the tip amount says
$30.00, I can see how the total amount says $I am the Bookkeeper here at Home BarI have not received a credit card dispute from Ms***If I had, we would have cleared the misunderstanding and if she did not mean to leave a $we would have fixed that immediatelyA 100% tip is not uncommon at Home Bar so this is not something we would question.Please be assured that we run a legitimate business and what Ms*** is claiming is absolutely untrue and quite ludicrous"Home bar and grill are regularly billing patrons more than the bill they receiveThis has happened to several parties and several times! Seems to be a common practice!" I see where the dispute of the over charge lies The total of $is what was meant to be paid (server was paid a cash tip) How must I go about getting the $credited back to my account as soon as possible?
