Went in to have engine repaired , supposed to have had a timing change with valve replacements front and rear Total cost was Went in for engine work Timing change and valve replacements to stop oil leak this was done in May of I went back in a few months later do to car rattling and running different I was told it was one of the valves leaking from the rear seal but was told it was a slow leak and it wouldn't hurt anything nor really make a difference Now I called back in June due to the oil leak from the both front and back valves were leaking but was told my warranty was over it only was for months But they could look at it but I would have to pay diagnostic fee Now here it is December and my timing I belt had gone bad again The timing only lasted 1yr and months I spoke with a supervisor at Nissan that informed me that I could bring it back but it's no t under warranty and I would have to get a new one I would like for Nissan to fix my c

I went there to fix my two sensor lights on my vehicle the Service Engine Soon Light and the TPMS sensor lightI told them the SES light has been on for a while and the TPMS light was going on and off, flashing and staying solidThe woman told me it would be $to run diagnostics, I said fine and then later she would tell me it would be $to fix the Air Boot for the SES lightThe SES light is more important so I told them to go ahead but she also told that the reason the TPMS light was acting up is because all sensors on each tire had gone bad and needed to be replacedThe total with tax? $I said that's really expensive and said no, while they were still working I made some calls to some local shops and asked around to find a lower price, and I did, someone to do the same amount of work for $I was happy I could save two hundred dollars so I went over there and showed them my receipt from the Nissan dealer for bucks on the TPMS light and they went to work while I waitedCome to find out just minutes later the tech calls me over shakes my hand, I was confused as to whyThe reason? Get this, the tech says there is nothing wrong with my tire sensors they all checked out and found no problems, they just reset the light and sent me on my wayI was really happy but also extremely angry that Nissan would charge me $for nothing, NOTHING!!!I am never ever going back there again because they so easily lied to my faceDishonesty and lies cost them a customer but something good did come of this, I found a new auto shop who is honest

I purchased a new Nissan Altima SR on July 5th, I was scammed on my rebate and the purchase price of the vehicle

My experience with the repair department at Serra Volkswagen was horribleThey had my vehicle right at a month and replaced different parts and my car is still driving the exact same I took it to them They will diagnose your vehicles problem with your checkbook Customer Service is a joke! I would advise anyone to read reviews on this business and not take your car there!!
