Dear MsHarris,I have received your letter in regards to issue ID: [redacted] in regards to Mr [redacted] .Mr [redacted] comments and concerns were not unheeded and we have been in touch with him and a partial refund was offered and accepted based on the fact that attendance records show he did attend our classes for nearly half the yearHe did receive valuable information and training in safety, metallurgy, stick welding, equipment usage and other applicationsHe chose not to attend the second half of the year as it no long focused on stick welding.We consider the matter resolved.As always we appreciate the input of the Revdex.com and strive to maintain the highest ethics and best business practices in our industry.Regards,Brian M***Executive Vice President
