Defective Cleaner filter Model# [redacted]. Mailed it back but never received my replacement filter. I called and E-mailed and know one gets back to me. I bought a replacement filter for my vacuum Model# [redacted]. It was defective. I called and the compay never replied back. I e-mailed and again they did not reply back. The packaging said just mail it back and we wil send a replacement back to you. I did this. I never received the replacement filter. Can you reach out to this company to please send me the replacement filter. Thank you Desired SettlementI just want what the guarantee states. which is a replacement filter mailed out to me.Business Response [redacted] with Home Care LLC called and said that this consumer purchased under previous ownership, but that she would send the customer a letter and try and resolve the complaint out of goodwill.
