Although with HCP a relatively short time, I have no complaints at this time. They have been responsive to my daughter's needs and have resolved issues as needed. They have provided me with resources to pursue any needs they are not able to provide. I had nursing staff in place when choosing HCP as our agency for care, so I can't speak on quality of their nursing staff as I have not had that experience. I will update if concerns should ever arise.
