Mr. [redacted] came in a purchased the walker on 5/20/2016. There is no recall of him calling the office, but if he said he called we will take his word for it, and if he has a problem with the wheels they are replaceable and we  can replace those for him at no charge. There are also glide tips...

that can be purchased separately for the back legs of the walker if he feels it is scratching his floor. We have been selling his brand walker since 1993 and it is of good quality or I would not sell it. We have never had a walker come back to us because it scratched the floor, if the wheels have been stuck then yes that could be a manufactures defect and we have no problem replacing them. As far as him finding the walker cheaper, I too have seen them cheaper, but it apples to oranges and not the same quality. We pride ourselves in taking care of our clients, always have, and always will. We have no problem with exchanging the wheels, but I am not going to refund the cost of the walker to Mr. [redacted]. He had been to several vendors and no one wanted to take his insurance and when found we also did not contract with them he chose to purchase the walker. He inquired on renting it and we told him we do not rent walkers. The problem he is speaking of can be resolved with new wheels. Mr. [redacted] would like new wheels he can call and I would be more happy to send him some.  Thank you
