Spoke to, text and emailed *** ***, we didn't cashed the check"
Listen ** *** I'm out of united States I will come back after
weeks than I will take a look at this matter because last time
you told me that you stop the check and today you
telling me that the check is cash by my company but I told
you that before u did mail your check long time ago
so gave me weeks time when I come I will look in to this matter

Review: I contracted Home Care for pointing,cement and thoro-sealing outside basement walls. All work was completed on contract day 7/**/15. That evening it rained and all the thoro-seal ran and discolored the walls. I called back spoke to Asad the owners son who did the work. Kept promising to come back and re-do work but never did. Now my calls are no longer answered. I have a receipt.Desired Settlement: Billing adjustment or repair w/guarantee for 1 year.

Review: After Homecare Waterproofing Corp, [redacted], completed concrete work on my stairwell and basement stairway wall. I give [redacted] of Homecare Waterproofing Corp the reminder balance of $250 by issuing a Citibank check number #[redacted], and requested a receipt, which he stated he will mail to me. That evening my wife started the washer and water started to rush up from the basement sink and flooded the basement. I called ROTO ROOTER for an emergency repair, totaling $272.19 (see attached ROTO ROOTER invoice). I contacted [redacted] and we verbally agreed he will pay for the plumbing expense by returning check #[redacted] for $250.00 by mail, along with the final receipt on 5/**/14.
I called [redacted] for an update and [redacted] informed me the check is in the mail. I called 7 days later, and he responded with “the mail must be lost”. Reviewing my account, I didn’t see a check submitted for $250.00. Then three (3) and one half months later (on 8/**/14 ) I observed the check#[redacted] was deposited in my Citibank Account ending with [redacted]. That was the check [redacted] stated was supposed to be “lost in the mail”??????
Homecare Waterproofing breached a verbal agreement to compensate me for the damage his worker caused by dumping water mixed with concrete into the basement sink (see ROTO ROOTER invoice description of work).Desired Settlement: To be refunded the $250.00
