Customer service is very rude, the first service technician never showed up so took over a week to finally look at dishwasher, after looking at it he called for authorization to repair and they said they would be in touch with me the policy holder, they told me the dishwasher was goon cost to much to repair and said they would send me a check for $for me to buy a new one and install myself, I went to Sears to look at a compatible dishwasher and on sale was $, I called them back and they basically told me to bad that was all they would offer
Have been trying to get Chris to come back and repair the bathroom he did for us for months now have been texting and calling himWith him only responding a few times and him stated that it had to be an emergency, the only other time he responding was to tell us that he would be over the next day but it was late at night and it was not something that we could fit into our schedule I feel we have been very patient with Chris tell now and we have to get this problem resolved by other means We have a bathroom that is a nightmare cracking throughout water leaks and no response from Chris on our calls or texts Would not recommend going with this co
