Review: My floors were scuffed, my counters were stained and I was insulted by [redacted]. There were two people there for two hours. I paid them $110 and all they did was vacuum, poorly, and wipe off counters and the bathroom. I needed to sweep and vacuum again, there were cobwebs in the corners and the cabinets were not wiped down. I paid for a move out cleaning of a two bedroom one bath apartment. My wood floors were marked with thick black scuffs throughout and the countertops were stained with large blue and red spots. When I brought this up [redacted] suggested that my house was so dirty that I probably just didn't notice the large stains before. The house was empty besides a few boxes, paper blinds and balloons, which [redacted] referred to as disgusting garbage. [redacted] called my house disgusting and garbage filled multiple times, she was extremely condescending and unprofessional. She did not offer to come back or give me a refund and kept insisting that the stains were already there and I must not have noticed them before. They threw the garbage bags in my yard where I found them blowing around when I returned. I am a mother and a college student. I was looking for a little help in my busy life and was extremely disappointed and offended by this company and specifically [redacted]. I feel like I was robbed.Desired Settlement: I do not want these people back in my house. I would like a refund and an apology.

She called on Sunday 03/30/14 needing a move out clean on Monday 03/31/14. She stated that the house would be empty & how long did I think it would take. I told her that it depended on how dirty the house was. We have had small houses take a very long time to clean because they have never been cleaned. She met the cleaning crew over there & apologized to them that she had not emptied the house and that what was left was all garbage & they should throw it away. She also told them that she had a two hour time limit. The crew called me and told me how dirty the house was, how much garbage was inside and how much time they had been given to get it done. I instructed them to do the best they could with the time that they had. I received a phone call at 7:30 pm 03/31/14 from Appy stating that the house still needed cleaning & she was not happy. I explained that the crew did what they could in the time that she had given them and that the crew had informed me that the house was full of garbage. She denied that there was any garbage there and said that the only things in the house were her sons paper window blinds & some balloons then she stated that the crew had stained her counters. I informed her that we do not use any products that would stain counters. She proceeded to tell me that she was not happy & that her parents have cleaners & they do a good job. I asked her what I could do to fix the situation and she said that she just wanted me to know that she was unhappy. I assumed that because it was a move out clean on the day that she was to be out that there would not be an opportunity to go back so I did not offer. On April 1st she no longer belongs on the property. I was not going to send her an invoice I was just going to write it off as a loss. What I did not know until this morning is that she paid the crew in cash. It is sitting here on my desk to be returned to her. Most of what she put in the complaint is false and now the floors are scratched & garbage blowing around too. Her request that the crew get the whole place spotless in the time she allowed was unreasonable, but no one was rude to her. Her story is growing like a fish story. How did my crew throw garbage in her yard if there was no garbage in the house.
