I have before and after picture to prove the state of which the home was in. Maybe they are confusing my home with someone else's...I live in a 1300 sq foot home that is NOT filthy. I was currently pregnant 38 weeks at the time of the supposed "cleaning" and asked specifically if they would be able to do certain items since I was due at any point and unable to cleaning these items. When none of these items previously state in the first email were not taken care of I immediately contacted the company Monday per there working hours. There is no regards on their behalf about the lack of communication after my complaint. I would hope they could settle this with the 50% refund. Crystal did state that she would hope that her manager could do some kind of a discount/refund after receiving my pictures of the home after they had come through per her request. Sincerely

This is in response to the complaint from [redacted].  She purchased a groupon deal for 6 hours, she then called us to schedule her cleaning.  We do all we can to get all the information to make the cleaning experience a good one, we rely on the client to give full details so that we...

can give them realistic expectations.  We state on our website what we usually offer for a cleaning with a 2000 sq ft home.  The deal also only guarantees the time purchased for the cleaning and depending on the circumstances of the home play a role in what we are able to get done.  We sent 2 of our top cleaners to [redacted]'s home and they did all they could to get what they could done, unfortunately the home was quit dirty and they did the best they could such as kitchen, bathrooms, vacuum, moping dusting etc.    They work hard to leave the home better then they found it.    We rarely get complaints and when we do we offer a free hour to touch up a home.  This home needed more then an hour for the items she requested and for the situation the home was in.  When we spoke to [redacted] we informed her that the purchase was from Groupon and that she would need to seek a refund from them.  We did our best to make the situation better, but were unable to make her happy, the expectations were not reasonable.
