Hello [redacted] , I firstly would like to thank you for your purchase of three automobiles at the dealership even though the last one according to you has gone a bit sour Please call the office and asked to speak to the manager is dealing with this complaint and hopefully we can get to a peaceful resolutionPlease note that within six months the Chevrolet sonic was driven aproximately 30,miles We offer service for 24,miles and and while we are going through this part on the contract we have you initial all of the covenants regarding this service We deem that you would be in violation of the agreement if you drive more than miles per month If you simply do not agree with that our recommendation would be to simply not purchase the vehicle Please note that this covenant is inserted in there in order to keep the repair cost down for the rest of our customers, else The prices we charge which are heavily influenced by our repair cost would have to rise With regard to the vehicle being salvaged, this covenant requires a specific signature right at this disclosurePlease note by adding the 30,miles approximately in six months and then re acquiring the vehicle, we have lost money

I have been taking my car here to get fixed and every time I tell them what's wrong with my car they fix other things and say it's something else and I get my car back from them days later I run into another problem ----------> It's a used car and things happen, and much as we try to check them out there are over mechanical components that can all go out when they want to, sometimes they all come at one Either way we are probably the very few dealership that will warranty the car 24,miles pretty much covering most all that has to do with the car driving Also, most of the time we are able to provide the customer a loaner car so they are not inconvenienced That is why we almost do no advertising and rely on customer referralsan I take the car back up there the guy is rude to me an tells me that I need to be great full that I have a vehicle ----------> The person who is writing this is the person who dealt with this customer I have to say that I did lose my cool, I'm not going to say this on a public board but I was rude as the customer violated a very strict rule with regards to loaner cars If she followed the rules we would have no issue, but she is right I did lose my cool and I apologize.today my husband was driving the car the car shut off on him in the middle of a busy intersection I have been having issues with this car for about months now and it seems like these people do not know what they are doing and I am scared this this car might endanger myself or my husband or the people that is around me while I am driving-----------> We have techs at our dealership with all a variety of skills and certifications It was a fuse that went out The car is fixed Again these are used cars and we understand that it can be frustrating, however as illustrated before there are 100's of mechanical components that can go out It's the nature of the business The main point is that we offer a warranty and hold our word to it, while providing the customer a loaner vehicle.We have many customers with issues with their cars, we understand that it is frustrating, however we do take care of our customers, and honor our word I wish they would never break down however, unfortunately we have to live with what the elements in Arizona can do to cars

June I took my impala for service an was giving nissian that only go mph to mph I was thinking it needed gas so I put dollars in the tank I was on freeway an it stall a lil bit to get to home I was out wit friends an it wouldn't cut on about 7:00pm June so it was hot yesterday an I had to call my mother to pick me up to take me get my sister for work I had her house keys an I also used my last tow for the year to get the car to my house an it took them mins to respond to my messages I left I had my car insurance GEICO on the phone I reach out to two numbers I had on my phone while I was on the phone wit my geico insurance at first the wasn't gonna authorize the tow because the GEICO was confuse on who the car belong to I told them both I was not with the car I was headed back to it to pick up my friends where I last drove it at wit my friends they stay there til I got back it was outside thats why I had to leave I'm trying my best to work wit this B&G I place but they keep giving me cars that dont work I talk to manager she told me not to worry she will give me a good descent car I believe her she stated she use the car the day before it was a good running car but thats what they all say an when I get the car it dont work all I do is drive it an it stalls or just dont work please help me to figure this out I'm missing work today june I need a car an have no way of getting to B&g the get another car an they said they would have my car for a week I just want all my money back I told them...before and to let Revdex.com know I dont even want my car back this company can't even fix cars I'm highly upset I'm missing work an its 10:56a.m an the owner having called me back yet called at an text three numbers for them an all they can say is shell call me I'm frustrated

Was told there was no issue with the car I leased-----> They're used cars and we fix what WILL become wrong.Took it to the local firestone and the OBD read that an Osensor was outB and G said they had better OBD readers than anyones and there was NO problem with the carThey still have yet
to repair the car------> All I can say is bring it inI will personally make sure we address thisNextApon trying to insure the vehicle, noticed that the title vin # for the car did NOT match the vin number on the vehicle itselfWho knows where this car came from!?! Before I start writing I want to mention that the car was fixed prior to receiving this message so in no way a Revdex.com complaint made us do this.I bought this car from this dealer in June 13, 2015, and within the first month the air went out I live in a state where the heat is over each day, was
told nothing they could do until Monday air went out on Friday night. --------------> The earliest appointment was on Monday I was told horn would be fixed within two weeks of me taking car home took car in twice fixed it first time went out again within a week--------------> 7/the horn is fixed.
