I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They are so thorough and professional. Their communication is top notch. They are neat and clean up after themselves. They keep their word and do the work in a timely fashion! They are all so friendly! I am so pleased with every single one of them! I finally have a heating and air company that I can count on! Wow! HC Solutions Inc. have made my wife and I feel so comfortable not only with our new A/C working great, but with great piece of mind! After dealing with rough customer service and unexplained quotes, we reached out to HC Solutions and wow did they deliver. The tech who came to our home pointed out every detail regarding our A/C unit, duct work, etc and what each description in our quote related to. Quality is the best way to describe the service and products we received. Thank you HC Solutions Inc.
We contracted to have a vapor barrier installed the work is only half completed. We have called and emailed multiple times over the last several months. Originally we were told he would come back out to complete the job. He came once but still did not finish it. Then we were told he had a family emergency. The last several times we've tried to contact them, we have not gotten any response at all.
Hi ***, It's very unfortunate that you had this experience. I wish it had been better for you. However, we do not do crawl space encapsulations. The work was done through *** and the complaint should be filed against them and not Home Comfort Solutions. The only numbers I have in connection with ***s are for *** at (251) *** and *** at 941-***. I hope this helps. Please let me know if I can assist in any other way. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID. We appreciated the response from Craig. Aside from *** and his phone number, the rest of the information was unknown to us. Last year when we purchased the AC, Home Comfort Solutions sent *** and some other guys out to install it. While they were installing it, *** informed us that it was extremely wet under the house and that we needed a vapor barrier. He said the AC would function better with one installed. He explained how the ones they install are so much better, with walkways, and go up the side of the walls. He showed both me and my wife pictures of the work that he would do (attached as example pics 1 and 2). We agreed to let them install it. The cost was added to the AC cost and the finance company paid Home Comfort Solutions for BOTH the AC and the vapor barrier. I talked to *** and *** yesterday. They explained that due to the brick they could not put the barrier up the sides as shown in the picture. They also said they gave us a discount because we were getting the AC. While we understand the reasons they can't put the barrier up the sides of the wall and we DO appreciate the discount...bottom line, the job we were told and shown in the pictures would get ***e did NOT get completed (attached as actual work pics 1 and 2). Due to the brick and the fact that *** has moved to Alabama, it will not or cannot be completed. Therefore we request a partial refund. We do not know if the complaint should be for Home Comfort Solutions since they are the ones who received payment and sent *** out for the AC or if it should be made against ***. However, from our point of view -- this issue is NOT resolved. (Please see pics of the work actually ***e verses work we were shown WOULD be completed). Thank you.

I understand your frustration and have done everything within my power to help you resolve this with ***s. Based on the pictures that you sent, that does look like a $2000 job. Based on my research, full encapsulations (which he showed you pictures of) are in the neighborhood of $4000-$7000. However, I understand the lack of clarity and resulting confusion due to *** showing you pictures of totally encapsulated crawl spaces and also not providing written scope. I can't speak to his motive or to what you two agreed upon at the outset of the vapor barrier project as we were not connected with that project than allowing you to finance through the financing we provided for your HVAC system.
As we talked about on the phone last week, as our customer (and the fact that the connection with *** initiated through us), we want to take care of you as best we're able. To that end and as a gesture of good faith, we are offering you a 4 year service agreement for your new system (a value of $796 plus).

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Craig was very professional and took someone else's responsibility in offering me a free 4 year service agreement. Melissa called me and set up the first appointment. She was very courteous and friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
