We purchased a vanity faucet combination recently
It was delivered on time It actually looked really nice
One faucet starting leaking, our plumber checked everywhere, the leak was from the defective faucet
faucet number 2, just stopped working after a day or so
I understand products can be defective, it is not their fault
But the problem is, the company's response
We called the first time and the representative said she would get back to us within half an hour
No reponse at all We called and emailed and left messages, No response
We explained that it was leaking and needed to be replaced immediately No response
The cost of our plumber is probably more than the faucet and vanity at this point We just wanted a replacement We are more than happy to take care of it, if it was our plumber's fault But, it was installed properly
And if Homecompound can get it to work, we don't have a problem using it
DO NOT buy from this company or the sister company under a different name They have a couple of sites, all billed under homecompoundinc.com
Pay a little more, buy from other companies
Up to this point, we have not heard from the homecompound
