I guess they jumped the gun, and also the"publisher" must have became angry with me, because I received a notice that they tried to pull 1200 from my account then they tried to pull 800, then they went after 500, turn 200, and that went through, so they did it again for a total of 400. Remember they never had a written agreement with me for the year of 2022, and there was no balance for the year 2021.
SO IN MY OPINION, THIS COMPANY OPERATES UNDER FRAUDULENT CONDITIONS. I plan on filing charges against them too.
If you can’t unsubscribe me. I now throw away all issues as they arrive.

Their website states:
"100% Homeowners
No waste. Home Concepts is personally addressed and mailed only to owner-occupied homes. No apartments, rentals or leased homes."
Well how do they do that exactly? There is NO way they can possibly know whether a property is a lease/rent or not, unless they did a lot of investigating for each individual property. My proof is I am a lessee and just received the guide addressed to "the owner of the home or the current resident". HOME CONCEPTS IS COMMITTING FRAUD!
False advertisement. Do not believe the adds that are listed on this magazine. A1 Garage add said Free estimates , I called to make sure I got a quote and the tech surprised me with a price $100 higher than they had told me plus I paid $20 for the estimate, so not free. Tired of false advertisements and gimmicks. What is it going to take to do business with integrity?
Review: I have been trying for more than a year since August 2014 to have myself removed from their mailing list, but they refuse to comply with my requests. I keep calling their number at [redacted] but nobody ever picks up, and it instructs me to leave my address. I follow their instructions for removal but I still keep receiving their magazine. I have also emailed [email protected] many times with no response. I am very frustrated with their business practices.Desired Settlement: I want home concepts to remove me from their mailing list and to never send me any publication again.
