usually upset after such an inconvenienceWhen we arrived on-site there was another company that had been called out to take care of the water remediation as well*** *** went back and forth on who she should useServpro is a company that is a preferred vendor of her Insurance Company (Allstate) so she decided to use our companyThe customer was extremely difficult and upon completion of the work that day there was nothing but additional complaints from the customerThe following day the customer called the insurance carrier Allstate and formed a complaint against our project manager about an issue regarding an incident with his business cardNot understanding what exactly the issue was at hand one of the owners Mitchell Kaikow decided to get involvedHe made an appointment to meet with the customer and her husband to make sure all work was completed properly and to make sure the customer was satisfied and to address any issues*** *** greeted Mitch at the home the following day*** *** expressed that the only issue he had was with the lack of communication and that he was satisfied with our work and signed off on a document stating he was satisfied with ServproThe document we have that is signed is dated 9/**/We never heard a word again from the customer and most certainly were never brought to the attention all that she is claimingIf there were such issues we would have appreciated the customer contacting us to resolve any themWe have a document from the customer’s insurance company attached signed by the customer that they were satisfied with our workAgain, to our knowledge, everything in regards to this claim was settled

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The statement that was supplied by this company is the first sentence is true, while the rest of the statement is a total lieWe first didn't know who to use, because the insurance company sent over their company, while the Plummer sent over their companyYes, we did go with this company because this is who was recommended to us by the insurance companyThe project manager did give me a bloody businessThen as soon as the crew showed up at the house, the project manager couldn't be reached from their own team or by *** ***They set up there equipment and never removed any of the sewage items only two bagsInstead they piled them up to the ceiling and left them in the middle of the roomI personally was not even there at the time, only in the beginningJust my husband stayed thereThey never sealed off anything including ducks for the central AC, and the rooms and door ways and again like I said they couldn't get in touch with their companyThey also just showed up the next day without any appointment, and We had an appointment for a doctor that eveningWe complained of the lack of communication from them, and we also notified the insurance companyWe have pictures to document everything they did at the house, and the insurance company even agreed on what they did caused more damage then had to beWhich company comes in to remove items with sewage, and does not do it? We were told to leave the home until the weekend, put into a hotel and never returned until the day they removed their property We personally never even went down to the area until that weekend, because I'm handicappedThat's when we noticed all the stuff was still thereSo, now being this was done incorrectly, it damaged everything that could have been savedI expect this company to explain the situation with pictures documenting their work was done incorrectlyWhich had now cause the insurance company more money to fix.
