Prepaid for painting work that was never started. Lupe aka Petro owes me 1500.
I hired Lupe AKA Petro for drywall / insulation installation, and painting. The drywall was moving along. He told me he was going to send over several guys to finish the drywall over the weekend and asked me to prepay for the painting so there wouldn't be a delay when they were ready to paint. Like a fool I gave him 1500 for the painting. Then he disappeared. Several texts go back and forth, quite comical. Lupe asking I pay his workers, Lupe saying the 1000 was for the drywall, the written agreement was he would get the 1000 at the completion of the drywall not before. And my favorite, I'm moving out of the state.
Refund the 1500 for painting, or finish the job.
I had a partner do this job. He almost finished it. The customer got upset he was late with work and started accusing me of stealing his things and called the cops and didn't give us time to finish it. My partner offered to give *** the money back and he refused. He wanted to my partner to court and he refused to take money back. I have plenty of proof where he refused to take the money back. I am no longer dealing with this person. He is way too rude and anything I do to try and help him he refuses. At this point I told him to take us to court and have no contact with us anymore. He threatens us and we are not going to deal with him. I told him any communication between us should be made in court. He even started messaging my family and talking back about me for no reason. You can call the police in Hanover and Tilton and they will tell you that *** called in accusing me of stealing his things and he tried to get the police to arrest me for stealing. I am not going to deal with this person outside of court.
We contracted with Lupe C for work to be completed. He took our money and did not complete the job as per our contract.
Lupe C from Home Contractor Pro's came out to our house to do a quote on painting. When he was there he also quoted us on flooring and yard work. total estimate of $14,300. We agreed to contract. To start project we paid him $5000. then a week later gave him $3000.00 and we paid for the flooring which was included in the contract $3700.
when flooring was completed he told us to pay the flooring guy $1300 and then the painter $400.He abandoned the job and has not returned our calls to complete the project.
We would like the job completed as we contracted.

Yes I did work for ***. My business partners did the work. Before we started we all split the different jobs with how much each job was going to cost. We did all the work we got paid for. The only part we didn't do was the outside landscaping which we didn't get paid for. Every job we had in the contract got done with the amount of money that it was suppose to be. There is still money she didn't pay me to do the landscaping and she is forcing me to go do the landscaping even though I told her I can't do it for the price we talked about. All the flooring and painting was clear on the price. She paid us to get the floor done and painting which was written in detail. She said to give her a different price to do the landscaping because she said her mother was going to pay for it. And then she tried telling me that I never gave her a second quote to do the landscaping. We did all the work we got paid for. I even offered her money back so she can do the landscaping with someone else and she didn't want it.

Mr C signed a contract with us to do the work we needed in our home. Contract was for $14300 for entire job. This job included interior painting, installation of flooring removal and haul away of interior flooring that was removed. Exterior trim painting of house and landscaping. We had to pay someone else to haul away. We had to inspect paint job. There was paint overstay on ceiling and missed painting in several areas. The flooring and trim was outstanding. He wanted us to pay his people when we had the contract with him and we had paid him.
His people kept asking us for payment that we had given to Mr. C. He told us he was was going to complete the job in 2 weeks however he left the area instead. He did offer to return money which I did accept the offer and now he says I didn't. I have texted him my address . We hired him and signed a contract he did not fulfill. We did ask for a breakdown of the landscaping so we could bill my mother in law, however he seems to think the breakdown is a separate contract. I would not trust him to do work for anyone because he will walk off the job. We had taken several bids from other companies prior to contracting with Lupe C and home pro contractors. He committed to do a job that he did not complete per signed contract. Return the money you said you would.
The contract was written and had every job in detail. It had the total for all jobs at the bottom. Before my partners started everything was going to be paid by parts as we broke it down. It's been over a month and *** has not replied to my messages offering money back. I also tried having another partner come do the landscaping for *** but she didn't want to give anymore money to pay for landscaping materials. I will try again to reach out to *** for the money back.
Work not completed in the time promised.
I hired Lupe (Home Contractor Pros) to do paint on the exterior of my home. He said it would take 3 or 4 days to complete.I paid $800 deposit, It has been 5 days now and it is still not complete. Lupe hires other workers to do jobs, he does not have his own employees. He had the painters miss a day to start another job and have not finished ours. The painters keep showing up late every day they've been here. Today(day5) he kept saying they are on their way. That was 3 & 1/2 hours ago and they are still not here. Now going into day 6. Lupe is not to be trusted to keep his promises on when the work will be completed. Also he over schedules his jobs. And he still want the other half of the payment for work that isn't even completed yet.
For the job to be finished and that I not need to pay the rest of the bill. Or at least a lesser amount to pay for the inconvenience.

My business partners finished the job and were able to work out a solution with ***. I believe this is an old complaint.
