Review: I have contacted this company for 6 weeks and have been told the my Refund was in the mail to Checks aren't issued until on Thursdays. I was told on a Monday that it was put in the mail on yesterday sir by one individual when I told him sir yesterday was Sunday he then said it was Friday that he personally put it in the mail, two week later no refund. I spoke with the General Manager himself two weeks after that on a Thursday, he told me he saw the check and it was mailed the previous day which was a Wednesday, still no refund four days later. I called the office again on today July 1, 2013, was asked what was my call referencing I told them and was put on hold then told that Mr. [redacted] was not available. This check was issued on April 29,2013 it is now July 1, 2013, and they have not complied with what they have been telling me about the refund check being issued.Desired Settlement: I want the $864.30 check that I issued to Home Creations INC. refunded back to me this is what I have been asking them for.
