Acceptance Now to acquire the merchandiseOn March 24, 2017, Ms*** contacted our Corporate Office Customer Service Dept and notified us of an issue with her Temper Firm Queen MattressWarranty Claim procedure was implemented and Customer Service requested her to fill out a Claim Form along with emailing pictures showing the issue she is experiencingThis email request was sent to Ms*** on March 24, at 2:pm ESTAs of March 30, 2017, we have not received the completed claim form nor pictures showing the area of concernOnce we receive the requested information we can send the Claim to the Manufacturer for approval and issue credit for the customer to use towards a new mattress set

They called after the received the product and thinking they were missing parts but they were not. They were incorrectly trying to set the bed up. It is a day bed and I explained to them how to set it up. They said they would try to put it together and if they had a problem would call back. We have...

I am rejecting this response because:I want them to take the bed back and refund my money. This is not sleepable material. No one can even get on this bed with the 12 inch screws holding it up. I purchased it to sleep on and I cannot do that so I need them to return it and refund my money.
