We have been trying to figure out who this is. We do not show doing her delivery - I think the other company (DSI) who also was doing Ashley deliveries had this routePlease provide additional information

that I was working with, [redacted], sent me several emails from her work, which was home delivery logistics. I will be happy to take my tablet to court and show a judge the emails and let him decide if it is the same company. The only resolution I will find acceptable is to be reimbursed by Home Delivery Logistics, in the amount of $665.00, which is what I had to pay to have the damaged planks replaced. Sincerely,[redacted]

Not sure what Ms. [redacted] is requesting. We have already returned the table to the Décor store over one month ago. The table did not have major damage to it as she is claiming and our furniture tech was able to fix the table to a "like...

New" condition.
Neither Ms. [redacted] nor the Décor Store have been calling every day as she stated to you. The Décor store has had the table for some time now, so there would be no reason for them to call us. She is upset because we refuse to buy her a new table. We cannot be purchasing furniture for customers since all we did was make a delivery.
We have already issued a refund for the delivery charges, so we are not sure what more she wants from us beside a free table that she is demanding.

Thank you Revdex.com. I made this complaint a month ago, and they just now responded to the complaint, after we got after them many times. They are flat-out lying that we did not contact them everyday, as we both have detailed record on this.
They finally returned our table to the Decor Store after "fixing" our brand new table and returning it to the Decor Store. Since the delivery company returned our table, finally, the Decor Store was able to get us a brand new table. They also, without contacting us to let us know, credited our account the delivery fee. I find it extremely unprofessional of a delivery company to deliver a brand new table, damage it, then want to fix it, and present it to you as a"new" table. We simply wanted what we paid for, an undamaged table.
