We have been waiting for weeks for our appliance delivery We keep getting the run around We ordered appliances on October 30thWe had a flyer for zero percent financing for monthsThe salesman told us we had to buy that day to get the financing and that offer would be available again We made the purchaseTwo days later, we received the same flyer, but now the appliances were 40% offWe asked for an adjustmentWe were treated like trash by the salespersonAfter waiting an hour, we finalized the transaction and set the delivery date for 12/We asked for an afternoon delivery timeWe were assured that would not be a problemOn 12/9, the delivery company called to tell us they would deliver the morning of 12/We explained that we needed an afternoon delivery and they said we could take it or leave itI left work early to meet the delivery crewThree of the four appliances arrived damagedThe delivery crew said someone would call in hours to set up re-delivery

Carpet Not Laid Properly
We had the crew hired by Home Depot to install our carpet and have not been satisfiedSome, but not all of the problems have been:
Did not stretch the carpet properly
Seams were overlapped instead of butted together
Carpet did not reach the wall
Destroyed the shoe molding around the edges
Steps have wrinkles
Was cut in year instead of drive way so trash was brought in
There appears to be stuff under the carpet
Have complained for months and all that happens is folks come out, see the issues and say they will write up a report
Carpet different colors in the hall way from differenent runs
Language barrier trying to explain what was wrong
Not tucked on the edges
Today the original installer came back, walked out while we were trying to explain the issues, then came back and said they would install new carpetI do not know if I believe this will happen

I purchased a *** inch drawer workbench from Home Depot online on 11/4/purchase order #***Charged $on my Home Depot credit card including delivery fee of $dollarsI was supposed to be delivered on 11/but it was brought on 11/6/@6:30pm in the dark by one man in a small vanIt weighs poundsHe put it behind my garage blocking both upper garage doorsWe were home with lights on but he didn't knockWe tried to shove it out of the way but were unable toHe said we could put the rolling casters on it and move it to my lower garage where it was to be deliveredWhen we tried to put a caster on I discovered the drawers would not open because the frame was damaged and the bottom was buckled preventing the drawers to open or lock againThe driver said to contact Home Depot Customer Service which I did that

Charged a 65$ fan in august, Did not receive a bill
Now they say I owe 135$
Customer service will remove 30$ and say they will charge another 30$
Charges a 65$ fan in august
Never received a bill
Broke my ankle Sept 1st
Called Nov 19th, They say I owe 135$
Customer service will remove only 30$
Even though they said they had got bills back as undeliverable
I moved years ago and updated my address at that time
Now they say there will be an additional 30$ charge so were back at 135$ for a 65$ fan
