Ordered two 3 Arm Brass Rotary Sprinklers at $16.98 each as describes on their website to be picked up at the store. They substituted a lesser model Purchase Date July 13, 2015 same as problem date.[redacted]. [redacted]Desired SettlementI want the items as described and advertized on their website in place of what they supplied to me.They supplied 3-arm Rotary Sprinklers with no adjustment instead of 3 Arm Brass Rotary Sprinklers with adjustable nozzles as described and pictured on their website.Business Response [redacted] customer was informed before he picked them up that they were not what he seen online. I aplogize for the inconvenience this may have caused the customer. [redacted] client received a different item that he sees online, contacted the vendor and was told they dont sell it no more, they switched to the new version and info needs to be updated on homedepot.ca, a feedback was sent. Client will keep item. [redacted]The customer is under no obligation to keep them. If he does not require that type then he can return them for a full refund.
