The client seemed like a good person when we signed the contract.  From that point on things changed.  He tried several times to renegotiate an already executed contract by asking for us to provide items that were not part of the original agreement and he was looking for upgrades from the...

original materials provided and detailed in the contract at no cost.  We provided him prices for upgrades and he did not like that we were charging more for the upgrades.  In addition, the client was obligated to provide certain materials for us to complete the project and he never did.  The client is complaining that we did not install items that he did not supply.  Our contract is very clear as to what we and the client would supply.  In addition the client was rude and abusive to our staff during this process.  We credited him for the labor costs of the materials that he did not provide and he then refused to pay his final payment because we did not install things that were not provided.  How can we install something that is not available? Our staff spent a great deal of time trying to appease the client.  We then provided him with a choice.  pay us what you owe or we will begin legal action, which begins with filing a lien request on the property.  The client is saying that we threatened him, we did not.  We simply began the process of collecting the debt we were owed.  That is not a threat, that is a standard business practice. This client then went on [redacted], [redacted] and Revdex.com and provided very poor reviews for our company that are untrue.  His is the only poor review we have received as all our other reviews are very positive.  We have worked with thousands of clients in our 16 years in business and always treated them with respect.  We take this situation very seriously.

I am rejecting this response because: This is the problem with this vendor, he never visited my property and verify / talked to me. I believe he has no intentions to close this out with simple apologies. As a consumer, I strongly believe it is my right to share my bad experience with online tools, not sure why he is trying to control it. He called my wife and negotiated for removal of REVIEWS (Yes, we have proofs), once she didn't accept, he threatened. Finally I am leaving this issue here with Revdex.com, Please publish as is my compliant. We can wait one more week for his appropriate response or will contact DPOR (Department of Professional and Occupational Regulations) for further actions against this vendor to stop cheating other consumers as per my attorney recommendation.
