I can understand Mr *** frustrationIn the years we have been doing this this is the first time we have ever seen an issue like they are having
Home Design sold Mr *** the windows that he wanted with the glass package he choseTo his
credit he chose on of the best windows with an extremely high energy ratingIt has some of the best energy ratings in the businessFor whatever reason we as well as the manufacturer could not determine why this window was not working in his home once temperatures dipped below a certain degreeEverything was installed correctlyWe have never had an issue like this before with this manufacturer
Home Design has partnered with over a dozen different manufactures
That being said we are very aware of the investment Mr*** has put into these windows and have been working with the manufacturer to figure out a solution for his windowsWe have spent many hours meeting with Reps from Sunrise and our supplier that Mr*** is unaware offWe want this issue to be taken care
We spoke with the manufacturer and a date has been set for new glass units to be replaced in every windowThey have been in communication with Mr ***This has been an ongoing situation and has taken some time to get to this point
They are using a different glass package in Mr*** Home so this issue does not happen againThis is being done at no additional cost and we certainly hope this resolves the issueWe feel confident that it will
We at Home Design are very sensitive to the investment homeowners make when purchasing windows from us and work hard to keep our customers very satisfied
