Went to Shamrock Financial looking to purchase my new home [redacted] who guided me from start to finish during the whole process and got me approved and we closed on my loan 1/29/If you are looking to purchase a house, Shamrock Financial its the first place you have to call

Due to circumstances that came up during our refi, that were no reflection of the process we were able to close in May after 3+ monthsDuring the process both Andrew B [redacted] and the team at Shamrock Financial did everything they could for me during this time: rate locks, closing extension along with working to accommodate me during this processThe service and professionalism, along with the responsiveness made the process an easeThank you to Andrew and Shamrock!

I have refinanced one mortgage through Shamrock and setup another and have nothing but positive things to say about the experience Every step of the process was made clear to me even if I had multiple questions that I am sure they had answered before Highly recommended!

I never thought I would be able to get into my own home but Shamrock helped make that happen From the initial call to the closing I always felt valued and respected They worked hard on my behalf and I am truly grateful for their efforts

In the processing of buying a new home and we are getting our financing through Shamrock We are two weeks from closing and we assumed that their staff knew what they were doing After some communication we were told our payment was going to be much higher due to taxes Had we not reached out with a question we would’ve been hit with this surprise at our closing They were off on the taxes by over two thousand dollars! They claim that number was given to them by the town, but I now don’t believe it They couldn’t be bothered with doing some research to find the tax rate and give us the correct number so they pin it on someone at town hall We then call town hall and they say the taxes should be less than what Shamrock is claiming I would advise anyone looking for a professional outfit to handle their mortgage needs to look elsewhere I will be following up with the Revdex.com as well as any other agency that deals with mortgage complaints
