I used the best product I could get, spend 1/a day working with handheld thatcher, used bales of straw I do not guarantee the grass will grow After I put down the grass seed, it is the consumer's responsibility to maintain the yard

I have finally been contacted via telephone from the Revival Beauty Cream Company regarding my multiple attempts to speak with a customer service representative A representative from the company contacted me after I sent them an email stating that I stopped payment on the order for free face cream and free eye serum, as well as notifying them that I had turned the matter over to the Revdex.com I also stated in my email that I would not be having any further contact with them regarding this matter that any further communication would be through you or my bank I filed a dispute with my bank over the charges as well The representative first offered me a 15% discount on the product if I were dissatisfied and told me that I did check off on the terms and conditions for the offer which stated I had days to change my mind and discontinue my contract with them I continued to disagree with her regarding the day trial period because the date of my order was February 14th and the date of my cancellation was on February 28th and I considered that within the day period She then stated she needed to speak with a manager about my discontent and put me on hold for a minute and came back on the line with another offer of 35% off I stated that I still wasn't satisfied but would take the 35% refund because she said that I could not get any other offers or refunds above and beyond this and my husband was very upset with at the time for being so naive about ordering things onlineI figured I better take what I could get and agreed to take the refund of 35% from themI hope that this doesn't mean that you will not continue to review this company for the misrepresentation of a product and claims so that they cannot do this to anyone else My complaint ID # with you is [redacted] and I would certainly be willing to go after them for a full refund for my order because I feel they did not live up to the claim of a free product on their online advertisement I am also following through with my dispute filed with my bank on this matter Thank you for all of your help regarding this and I hope that you will be able to stop them from doing this to another person Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns at ( [redacted] or [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response offer made by the
business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
As my husband and I were unable to till the soil to plant grass, we hired Mr*** I watched the whole time through front and rear windows He was not tilling, only raking dead grass in spots I immediately called him to front door to explain necessity of tilling hard red clay soil - even showed him the process by my neighbor He claimed adamantly his seed and fertilizer would grow He said he'd come back if we did not have success Later I called him to back door as the straw he was strewing was blowing everywhere He then watered very lightly.When he got check, he told me to let grass grow two weeks while watering My husband complied then I called his father, his helper He came over and said to let grow another two weeks I then called again, and Mr*** said it was too late and to call back first of September He said too busy and would come October first - no show and no answer to phone calls.We still need money returned to hire someone else

I wanted to advise you that this complaint has been resolved. Revival Beauty (after a substantial amount of negotiation) agreed to fully refund by money. I thank you & everyone at the Revdex.com for their cooperation in this matter. You guys do a fabulous job & I appreciate

Called to cancel, without asking me my name, address or anything the automated line said my subscription was cancelled and would be followed by an e-mail...no emailIn my estimation they are flat out crooks Had to cancel my bank card

The absolute worst customer service I've ever received on each of the 3 phone calls. They don't listen, talk over you, tell you you're rude, don't care that you've called twice before and was promised an refund and to cancel future orders. If it wasn't for their deceiving advertising, I never would have submitted for a free trial of their product in the first place. You end up with 5 days of having the product before you are automatically charged the $99.98 and 89.99 for each product. No where on their website did it mention that, or in the product received. Called immediately to cancel, but was one day past the two week free trial, and the nightmare began. After the 3rd call today, I've received confirmation that they are crediting my charge card. Never again.
