So here is my experience with this companyStarted off great the sales person was on point getting everything done to help me outMy purchase consisted of solar fans the roofing panels insulation and duct workStarted off with the duct workI told them ducts needed to be replaced they were too damagedThey tell me that they will be at my house around so I made sure someone is thereNever showed and never calledThen when they actually showed up they looked at the ducts and tried patchingAfter several hours they said another crew will come do the ducts because they cant be fixedSo they said around Nobody showed and nobody calledThis dragged for about weeksFinally got it doneSecondly once the day came to install the panels on the roof I came home from work and they were almost done very impressiveSadly they put the panels on a roof that is in the most shaded areaGranted the second story roof which common sense would say is in the sunlight all day long had a ondura rubber roof which they couldnt attach the panels toHave I known that I would have the roof replaced but their communication skill is that of an angry teenage girl hiding from her problemsI have no cover on my electric panel which was on the contract for them to fixSo let me tell you where I stand months laterI have to pay over dollars for the finance of this projectThey told me all I need to do is cut some trees and ill get more lightSince they left my garage has no power in the outletsSystem is still not operationalNobody answers their phones and does not call backAnd I am still one solar fan shortI have not checked the insulation or the duct but if its done the way everything else was im sure im blowing more air out in the attic than into the houseThis is probably the worst experience ive had with anything in my whole entire life

My purchase consisted of 2 solar fans the roofing panels insulation and duct work. Started off with the duct work.. I told them ducts needed to be replaced they were too damaged. They tell me that they will be at my house around 9 so I made sure someone is there. Never showed and never called. Then when they actually showed up they looked at the ducts and tried patching. After several hours they said another crew will come do the ducts because they cant be fixed. So they said around 2. Nobody showed and nobody called. This dragged for about 2 weeks. Finally got it done. Secondly once the day came to install the panels on the roof I came home from work and they were almost done very impressive. Sadly they put the panels on a roof that is in the most shaded area. Granted the second story roof which common sense would say is in the sunlight all day long had a ondura rubber roof which they couldnt attach the panels to. I have no cover on my electric panel which was on the contract for them to fix. So let me tell you where I stand 2 months later. I have to pay over 600 dollars for the finance of this project. They told me all I need to do is cut some trees and ill get more light. Since they left my garage has no power in the outlets. System is still not operational. Nobody answers their phones and does not call back. And I am still one solar fan short. I have not checked the insulation or the duct but if its done the way everything else was im sure im blowing more air out in the attic than into the house. This is probably the worst experience ive had with anything in my whole entire life.

This company took advantage of me at a very vulnerable time in my life.. I had just lost my husband. I was looking to lower my monthly expenses. They convinced me that buying a solar hot water heater would lower my electric bill. I was turned down for the first financing agreement they put me in and then when I tried to tell them that I no longer wanted to product, they convinced me that they could get me into another program. They promised me an energy packet (which I have not received). They also told me that they would put a sign in my yard to advertise their company and that if someone called them based on my sign, I would get $50. They told me that if it resulted in a purchase, I would get $500. Well, that is not going to be possible because I never got the sign. When the installers came they damaged stuff in my house. When I called to complain I was told I would receive a $150.00 gift card so that I could replace the broken items. I never got that either. I tried multiple times to call the owner, Shane. He said he would resolve this issue, BUT HE NEVER HAS. So frustrated with this company and will NEVER recommend them to anyone. BY THE WAY, MY ELECTRIC HAS NOT GONE DOWN EITHER.
