RESPONSE:I spoke to [redacted] in regards to [redacted].  [redacted] and [redacted] had worked out an agreement with [redacted] to make up for his service taking too long. [redacted] waived [redacted] insurance deductible and painted his entire bike without charge. The insurance work only included spot paint on the areas damaged....

The additional wait for the paint to dry was on the work he received after his original repair work was completed. We took his entire bike apart and painted all parts at no charge to resolve his issues. Thats aporimentlt [redacted] doesn't understand why he is complaining about the free work.  the wk done costs was about $2000 to paint an entire bike.
