Review: There is a manufacturer's defect. the gasket doesn't fit properly(a different one is drawn on instructions), causing it to leak.Desired Settlement: Refund with them paying for shipping.

We have tried to contact the customer and we have left voicemails, and have not received a call back. The consumer really needs to go back to the retailer she purchasedfrom, we are the wholesaler. The retailer usually will resolve the issue
