Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have called Home Essential Depot each and every day during working hours since 2/26/at the contact number published on the Homeessentialdepot.com website at Each and every time I have call up to this morningI have never received a pick-upI have left a message on their system voice mail with name (paul galello), order number (# [redacted] ) and my phone number ( [redacted] It is now March and phone messages I have left on their phone call center and I have still not received a phone reply or written correspondence for a return authorization to I can return the incorrect merchandiseI dare you to call their phone number during work hoursyou will never get a pick upPlease ask them to call me on my phone to process the return.This is a credit card dispute and we have been responding with return information so we can refund customerplease let us know if you have tracking for the return so we can track it Sincerely, Paul [redacted]

I have never received a pick-up. I have left a message on their system voice mail with name (paul galello), order number (#[redacted]) and my phone number ([redacted]. It is now March 21 and 26 phone messages I have left on their phone call center and I have still not received a phone reply or written correspondence for a return authorization to I can return the incorrect merchandise. I dare you to call their phone number during work hours... you will never get a pick up. I am rejecting this response because:Thanks to the Revdex.com the company finally responded, but with this statement: "We apologized for any inconvenience...

caused. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept this as this was reported 27 days after it was delivered" On their website AND again in their email they say "30 Day Money Back" so, what's the problem? I can get a refund if I'm within 30 days, I reported the problem in 27 days, maybe my math is wrong but I'm well within the 30 day guarantee. Where's my refund?
